Mortgage Xperts is a trading name of Echelon Mortgages Ltd. We changed are trading name as not many people were able to pronounce Echelon or indeed spell it. For those of you that are interested 'echelon' is French for ladder. Our tag line is taking your finance to a higher level, as in the higher and lower echelons of society.
We are a directly authorised whole of market mortgage and insurance broker. Our reference number is 471468 and you can search on line at FSA to confirm our details. We are registered with the Consumer Credit Act under licence number 606693. Our data protection registration number is Z9979108 and we comply fully with its guidelines to ensure any data we hold on your behalf is secure and confidential.
It is difficult to convey on a website just how much experience and expertise is contained with the team here at Mortgage Xperts. I guess the proof is in picking up the phone and speaking to us. All I can add to that is that we have recently expanded to a high street location in order to reach out to as many different people as possible. We are expanding when other brokers are contracting and leaving the industry altogether. we have managed to stay in business based on customer retention and recommendations.
